Today’s saint is Maximus of Turin:
Saint Maximus of Turin (Italian: San Massimo; date of birth unknown – death between 408 and 423) was a bishop and theological writer. Maximus is believed to have been a native of Rhaetia (Modern day Northern Italy.
He is another one of the early saints of which we know relatively little. And even of what we do know much is probably legend. Some of his works have survived, however, and give an idea of the thought and practices of the Church of his time. Somewhat more can be found out about him at his wiki, located here.
